#WalangPasok Aug. 9, 2019 -- Based on Dost_pagasa advisory issued 4am, monsoon rains will be experienced in Metro Manila that may lead to possible flashfloods and landslides posing a threat to public safety.

Because of this CLASSES ARE SUSPENDED in ALL levels, in both public and private schools, colleges and universities in Quezon City on Friday, August 9, 2019.
