To ensure a smooth and successful examination period, please take note of the following reminders:
Special Examinations
For learners who are unable to take the examinations on the scheduled dates due to illness, special examinations will be administered on September 14 to 16, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. To avail of this arrangement, parents or guardians must submit a copy of the learner's medical certificate to the school.
Suspension of Classes During the Examination Period
In the event of a No-Class Declaration by the Department of Education (DepEd) or the Local Government Unit (LGU), the examinations scheduled on the affected day will be moved to the last day of the examination period. The examination schedule for the succeeding day shall proceed as originally planned.
Settlement of Financial Obligations
We kindly remind parents and guardians with outstanding financial obligations to settle their accounts before the scheduled examination dates. Doing so will help avoid inconvenience, including long queues at the Accounting Office and possible delays in learners taking their examinations.
Kindly note that promissory letters will only be accommodated up to one (1) week before the scheduled examination dates. Requests submitted beyond this period may no longer be processed.
Important Dates and School Activities
- September 2, 2026: All learners will have asynchronous classes, EXCEPT those in the Junior High School (JHS) Department, who will attend face-to-face classes as part of the PEAC-DepEd Recertification Activities.
- September 10, 2026: Club Activities, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
- September 11-15, 2026: Learners' Wellness Break.
- September 16, 2026: Resumption of Second Term Regular Classes.
We encourage all learners to prepare diligently and maintain healthy study habits as they approach their examinations. We greatly appreciate your continued support and cooperation.
